“This book was like none other I’ve read. It looks like a word full fiction book however looks can be deceiving. It is basically a giant picture book/comic. Probably less than 30 words on a page but full of amazing illustrations. The stories are engaging and fun with some very clever nods to teamwork and achieving your goals (even if a little indirectly) This book would be a huge hit for Wimpy Kid, Captain underpants and other readers who maybe sometimes struggle but want to keep up appearances that they are reading like their peers. Not many technical words, a lot of high frequency ones and simple sentences lend themselves to struggling readers or those who wish to practise fluency and emotive readings.”
